Our Cakes and Bakes cafe is in the foyer of our Summer Row campus and sells a selection of handmade bread, chocolate and confectionery products produced by our bakery students and staff.

Are students fully qualified?
Students carrying out the services are enrolled on a college or degree course at University College Birmingham and are developing their skills by learning in a real-world environment. By visiting our facilities, you will be helping students get the essential hands-on training they need to succeed in their future field. All students are working under the expert supervision of our highly qualified lecturers.
Are prices discounted?
All of the services we offer are competitively priced to reflect the training environment.
Should I expect services to take longer than normal?
Yes, as students are learning some services may take longer than they would outside of a training environment. If you have any queries regarding timings, please check this when you book.
