Rowan Crozier is CEO of Brandauer, one of Birmingham’s fastest growing manufacturers and a winner of the Queen’s Award for International Trade.

The former Loughborough graduate has helped the metal pressings specialist increase sales across the world to a record-breaking £9m, sending billions of components every year to China, the USA, Germany and, for the first time ever, Israel.

He is a firm believer in investing in technology and people, with the latter seeing him lead a complete revamp of the company’s Apprenticeship programme that has delivered 10 engineers in the last four years and a collaboration with In-Comm Training to create the UK’s first ever Precision Tooling Academy.

Rowan, who Chairs the Make UK National Advisory Board and sits on the UK’s Automotive Council, was also named by The Manufacturer as one of its Top 20 manufacturing exemplars in the UK and can often be seen in the national and international media commentating on industrial issues facing SMEs.
