Mikey Summerville is the Head of Culinary Education for Mitchells & Butlers, where he has worked for the last 14 years, in a spectrum of roles across the learning and talent development function.

Prior to this, Mikey operated in a variety of management and consultancy roles across UK and International hospitality, from Cotswold hotels to High St cocktail bars. His attention to detail and passion for developing others, has always been the primary driving force behind his successes.
