Group Training Manager - Apprenticeships, Cygnet Health Care

Faye is the apprenticeship lead for the Cygnet group; an independent health and social care provider.

Faye has worked in the health and social care sector for over 33 years. Starting out as a support worker and moving through several settings gaining lots of experience along the way.

This progressed into the education and training side of the sector working within local FE colleges, the NHS and some independent training providers, supporting learners through a variety of qualifications and training.

Having worked at Cygnet in the learning and development team for more than 8 years now in a number of different roles, Faye is now taking up the apprenticeship lead to ensure Cygnet continues to invest in and grow its own talent.
