We work with a diverse range of businesses and organisations, providing access to student talent, delivering excellent industry links and accreditations and access to our state-of-the-art, industry level facilities.
Our students are powerhouses of knowledge, talent and skills. Working in partnership with businesses, we deliver placement and graduate opportunities that support in business enhancement and growth. We also support businesses with a range of apprenticeship programmes, supporting in upskilling and reskilling their workforce to meet the changing needs of industry.

Upskilling your workforce
Looking to upskill your workforce for industry demands? Our tailored courses offer accredited programmes and flexible delivery options to fit your business needs.
Apprenticeships
We help businesses to navigate the world of apprenticeships, from funding to finding the right qualification for your workforce.

Student placements
We work with more than 1,000 employers to provide placements for our students, enabling them to gain vital real-work experience.
Crucially, by becoming one of our employers, you tap into fresh perspective from creative, young minds and benefit from the growing skill sets and professionalism we instill in our students.
All of our students complete placement readiness sessions, that include topics such as, health and safety, safeguarding, in work etiquette, as well as industry specific information. These will be completed prior to starting their placement.
College placements
Placements range from 35 hours up to 750 hours as each course has its own different requirements. The structure of each student’s placement will be discussed with you before its commencement, so you are aware of their individual needs. Find out more in our employer handbook.
University placements
Placements range from day release, block or year-long models and can be paid or unpaid. The team will support with your preferred selection process and provide ongoing assistance during the placement period.
