Develop and promote engagement and partnerships with employers PILLAR 3: LOCAL AND GLOBAL 04 WE WILL ACHIEVE THIS BY: ▶ Working alongside employers to embed their contribution in course content in order to meet the needs of the marketplace and professional development. ▶ Empowering learners through increased student agency and autonomy, interdependency supported through student-centred methodologies. ▶ Embedding learner and employer relationships throughout the curriculum through simulation, teaching and mentorship. ▶ Providing opportunities for learners to work alongside employers, stakeholders and peers in high quality, industry/sector comparable spaces within the university.
