Promote health and well-being for all PILLAR 1: ACCESSIBLE AND INCLUSIVE 06 WE WILL ACHIEVE THIS BY: ▶ Developing a community that fosters a positive and supportive environment for all learners and staff which is embedded in all aspects of university life. ▶ Supporting the development of good relationships and a feeling of connection between staff, learners and the local community. ▶ Ensuring staff and learners have access to a variety of physical and mental health activities or services to help promote positive relationships with health and wellbeing. ▶ Heightening awareness of the importance of looking after mental health and well-being. Enabling students to develop the mechanisms to cope with everyday challenges.
