Profile
I have worked as a chef for over 30 years, and started my journey in hospitality in a 5-star hotel and before taking on roles in many different sectors of the industry, including running my own events business, and managing the kitchens of multiple gastro pubs. I have been fortunate enough to gain knowledge and experience across many parts of the world.
After a number of years in industry, I decided to venture into teaching. I joined the team at University College Birmingham in order to share my experiences with the next generation of hospitality workers.
