I studied Hairdressing Level 2 and Beauty Therapy Level 2 and 3 at University College Birmingham. Once qualified I went on to work on cruise ships for a number of years. I have also been successful in managerial positions in beauty salons and high end department stores whilst studying for numerous qualifications in complementary therapies. I gained an assessors' qualification, followed by a Certificate of Education (DTLLS) in 2013.
