Job Role & Responsibilities

I support the delivery of high-quality, inspiring, and inclusive learning opportunities for students to help them achieve their learning goals. Also, I support students’ well-being, build their self-esteem and confidence, anger management, and I address barriers to success. I embed a solutions focused approach to barriers to learning and implement strategies on a 1-1 or group basis. Moreover, I deliver the faculty's tutorial programme of group and 1-1 tutorials, focused on providing skills to be successful in the future.

My pastoral role involves use of psychological and behavioural science strategies to help students maintain mental health and wellbeing.

For several years, I have worked to support young people with a range of mental health and behavioural difficulties to achieve their personal, academic and business goals
