Profile

I have been a chef lecturer since 2008, joining University College Birmingham in 2019. After studying for a City & Guilds and NVQ Level 3 Chef Diploma, I worked in a variety of both small, family-owned and larger chain restaurants and hotels.

During the course of my teaching career I have worked in two other further education establishments, one of which involved training apprentices at Kidderminster Harriers Football Club. 

I have experience of teaching both NVQ and VRQ professional cookery courses at a variety of levels and have served as a mentor on the Level 2 Professional Cookery Diploma.
