In addition, I am registered with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and Highfield Training, which enables me to train and certify individuals in the food and beverage industry.
My teaching journey began in 2016 at the University College of Birmingham, where I served as adjunct faculty, lecturing in food-related modules for both Further Education (FE) and Higher Education (HE) students. In 2022, I transitioned to a full-time faculty position.
