I originally studied at Sandwell College of Technology. Once I achieved my qualifications, I worked in a variety of high quality establishments, including Rosette standard restaurants and five star resorts.
During my time in industry I undertook a BSc, followed by a postgraduate teaching qualification, and finally an MA in Tourism at University College Birmingham.
During my years at UCB I have completed numerous industry updates in establishments such as; Le Manoir, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Hyde Park, Simpson's, Hambleton Hall, The Ritz London, Heathcoates, and The Grosvenor Hotel Chester.
